An Agronomical Nightmare!
This plant has been through the following:
Record heat and drought, cut off at the base, full rate of Ignite, two seperate applications of at least 1 pound active ingredient of glyphosate, 1.5 pints of Banvel/24D, 1/10th oz. of Ally.
This is why this plant should be addressed in the fall, winter, or early spring, BEFORE it bolts.
It is becoming a monster.
